After being busy at work and not having a day off since I don’t know when, I finally got the chance to go to one of may favourite breakfast spots Cafe Zoe. I knew the day was a beautiful one so I took my camera along as usual to go for a walk after to work off those scrambled eggs and find a victim. Well, not a victim as such but you know what I mean.
Maddy wears Vintage
I wondered the streets of Surry Hills in Sydney searching for a photographic moment. For those of you that don’t know Surry Hills, it’s a mix of innercity cafes, restaurants, homeware and individual fashion boutiques which always attracts some groovy and hip individuals. As I was walking up Bourke Street I saw Maddy walking towards me in the distance. I knew at that moment I was going to stop her for a quick snap. Some of my friends can’t believe I stop absolute strangers in the street but then again they say they can believe it as I am a bit ….. well, out there.
Maddy was delightful. The look really suited her personality as she was so sweet and nice to talk with. She said she has had this vintage dress for a long time and was still one of her favourites in her wardrobe. I really like how she has paired the softness of the blue and white strips and the black tights to make the look a little edgy.
I was really happy with the way the shots turned out and Maddy had a lot to do with it. Thanks Maddy. I hope you like them as much as I do.

Man, I love that dress. It’s so adorable. You wouldn’t usually expect to see a dress like this worn with tights, but I really like it!
