Last month I had the opportunity to attend a movie premiere for the first time. So, there I was going to see “Killers“. A good friend of mine called me offering a guest pass to the paparazzi area which enabled me to photograph this glamourous night. How could I say no. However, it was another big challenge for me but I think I did ok.
There I stood on the side of the runway with my camera ready. First came a few Australians TV personalities followed by the main character and the director. I could not help but ask them to stop for a few seconds so I could take their photos.
The paparazzi were looking at me trying to understand the reason why I was taking pictures of almost everybody. To me, these people were fashionistas. I was laughing and saying at the same time “I AM NOT A PAPARAZZI“. They asked me what was I doing there and mostly why I had a perfect spot if I wasn’t one of them. I just replied, “handsome people are always on the front row”.
If you ever have the chance to attend a red carpet premiere, wouldn’t you look your best and wait for a camera to flash at you? I would.
These fashionistas were my stars for the night. Here are some of my favourite looks.

Haha, what a great reply you gave them. That ought to shut them up, what you do is more than “just” taking pictures, you seek glamorous outfits to share with us. I like the woman with the nerd glasses and the second girl.
HAHAHA. Everyone knows, good-looking people always get the front row. Duh.
And I’m partial to the lovely lady in the leather leggings and sharp-shouldered white blazer. If I ever needed an example of a white blazer that doesn’t make you look like an ER doctor, there it is.

i love the pregnant woman’s outfit. she’s not hiding her baby bump. i love women who are not ashamed that they’re getting big or not looking so slim because they’re pregnant. but the most beautiful woman i’ve seen while she’s carrying a baby inside her is still angelina jolie. won’t you agree?
on a different note, how was the movie, lee? i’m thinking if i should watch it.

The second fashionista is my favorite… I like the blazer she wore to tame the black leather materials she wore for the red carpet… =)
I think you have paparazzi skills… I have no red carpet experience yet so if given the chance… I will surely look better than everyone else… =)

the lady in pic #7 is so pretty! ok, so she might not be all blinged out and shiny for a movie prem, but next to black, i have a thing for greys. she looks pretty n comfy. the female in pics 2/3 looks smashing too. the lace top and those shoulders! ok, lee, they are all great! all have something unique and special goin on!
