I must confess, I do love colour. I wish more people would wear colour during the winter months. It’s bad enough that the weather is cold and rainy but on top of that I see so much black in the streets. Don’t get me wrong. I love black and have loads of it in my wardrobe, but it’s so nice to wear it with a bit of colour to stand out in the crowd.
Rashad wears pullover by Diesel, jeans by Zara and fragrance by Prada Infusion d‘Homme
As I was walking the streets of Paddington in Sydney and I was so happy to come across Rashad. In a sea of black he stood out. He radiated the street with his red and grey striped top. I had to get a shot of him as he was so happy laughing with a friend.

Next time you are getting ready to go out there to work or visiting friends on a grey rainy day, throw on a bit of colour. Whether it be a scarf, coat or even a necklace, don’t be shy. You will feel so much better and you will stand out in the crowd.
That’s what I call “ colouring a winter day”.
Thanks Rashad, you made my day.

I SO agree. I get sick of seeing black black black all the time! Even though I do contribute to the problem. HA!
My hubby wears a lot of color – he looks so good in it. And oh, how I love this sweater – it would look so cute on him!
Really love this jumper.:)SarahD
I agree, I wear colors every season. I can never get tired of bright outfits, they make my day. That’s why I think people should start adding some color in their wardrobe, you never know who’s day you’re going to lighten up. Plus, they change your mood completely.

I want to start a campaign for colors. “Don’t be afraid to step in to the light. Colors, for a brighter future”. How does that sound?

Have a fab August love!
I like how he pulled-off the colors without diminishing his masculinity. And it has always been nice to see a tinge of color in a sea of black clothes.
Nice pictures and like your blog! Hope you’ll follow me too.

I agree. Colour in the winter is a good feeling. Love the cardi Rashad is wearing.
Love the knit and the pop of color. Just because it is winter and you are sporting a sweater, it doesn’t have to be boring. I always incorporate pops of color into my knits http://www.souchi.com. Would love for you to stop by.

Hi Lee,
I seriously love that jumper! Unusual colour combo but something about it just works. Great find!
I noticed that you liked one of my other fashion posts about clogs, so I thought I’d let you know I’ve just done one about new season pants – and the imminent death of the skinny jean.

I hit Submit comment too soon, haha.
I also meant to say, I’d really love to know what you think of the post, or as a stylist what your other suggestions /forecasts for new season pants are.
